Myriam Heidelberger Kaufmann, Co-President BPW Switzerland, Chair Standing Committee Legislation 2024- 2027 BPW International
Myriam joined BPW in 2017 after she changed her job and moved to a bigger city. She has a Masters Degree of Nonprofit Management and Law and a broad experience in managing. Actually she is the CEO of an institution that offers work and housing for women and men with disabilities.
Myriam is a strong leader, mentor and coach, communicative, focussed and solution oriented. She strongly believes that women, once given the chance to lead, add creativity and with that better solutions on the table.
Linda Herzog-Mayer, Co-Director BPW Switzerland
Linda became Co-Director of BPW Switzerland in 2020 in the age of 32 years, after having guided a successful reorganisation of a volunteer organisation. She has experience in international affairs, migration and politics due to her studies and work. As a Co-Director she is responsible for campaigns and communication of BPW Switzerland to the 35 Clubs and externally and the steady link to national and international partner organisations.
Linda will talk about the “Empowerment talks” which she started as part of the initiative “Women on executive floors”. At the start she was a young leader. By leading these talks, Linda improved her leadership skills and empowered herself as well.
Sabrina Pagnetti-Jancer has been a member of BPW since 2018, including two years as a board member of the Basel-Stadt club. Since 2020, she has also been involved as a member of the commission for the LENA project.
Sabrina is an experienced coach and consultant with over 15 years of expertise in personal and professional development. Her passion lies in supporting individuals through changes in their lives and relationships. With appreciation and empathy, she creates a trusting atmosphere where clients can feel safe. Growing up in a multicultural environment, she developed the ability to mediate between different cultures at an early age. After studying language and communication sciences, she gained 20 years of experience in public relations and corporate communication before specializing in coaching and couples therapy.
Today, Sabrina supports couples and individuals in their personal development as well as in professional transition situations. A key focus of her professional work is to empower women in business to break through the glass ceiling.
