Mentoring v angličtině slavil úspěch. Nic nebrání tomu, abychom to pořádně roztočily na Equal Pay DAy, 18. a 19. března v angličtině.

The evening was very interesting and entertaining –  2 coaches, Kristin and Robin have very different styles though they are both American.
Kristin mainly talked about her experience of coming to CZ and working in advertising from 1992, then becoming a man (she is married to a Czech), becoming a coach – she gave examples of dos and dont`s from her career.

Whereas Robin, a former corporate attorney in USA, focused more on how we can engage men in the conversation in such a way that things are better for women in the corporate world – finding a sponsor vs. finding a mentor. How to give back to your sponsor by giving insightful information about what it means to be a woman in the corporate world.

Both are good speakers – both have lots of experience, I am looking forward to seeing more of them in the future – at Equal Pay or other events.

The attendees were also interested on the topic – we had a very  engaging discussion at our table. You might have noticed we didn`t really took a break in between the mentoring rounds!
